Semi-permanent makeup

Enhancing your natural beauty

One of the biggest celebrity beauty trends at the moment is for semi-permanent makeup, where tiny amounts of pigment are inserted into the skin for perfect brows and lips for up to three years. Also known as micropigmentation, this advanced treatment is all about enhancing your natural beauty and giving your features shape and definition.

Semi-permanent makeup is ideal for those that enjoy sport and fitness, for people who have experienced alopecia or cancer, or just women that would like to ditch the makeup bag and enjoy smudge free makeup!

Eyebrows

Brows today are all about definition, but tweezer disasters can mean that we’re left with gaps or sparse brows that require time and effort with all manner of brow products to rectify each morning. Our micropigmentation procedure will create a brow shape to suit your face shape. Choose between a soft textured look or hair simulation where each individual hair is tattooed into place. From £295.

Eyeliner and Eyelash Enhancement

We all know that eyeliner is brilliant for making us look polished and defining what is usually our best feature, our eyes. Cleverly applied, eyeliner can also give the appearance of thicker lashes. With semi-permanent makeup, you get the gorgeous look of eyeliner with zero fuss. Opt for a subtle look or for real eyeliner fanatics, something a little more dramatic!

Lip Liner and Full Colour Lips

A slash of lipstick gets us ready to face the world but with semi-permanent makeup, you’ll always be ready! Micropigmentation of the lips can enhance the shape and the colour. Whether you’re looking to give the appearance of fuller lips, reduce lipstick bleed or make your signature full on colour a more permanent feature, our skilled technicians can provide the perfect look. With block colour, we provide a free top up 28 days later and discounted rates on subsequent top ups.

We are now taking appointments for December 2017 onwards.

FAQ

Is the procedure painful?

We use a numbing cream to reduce discomfort, which does vary between patients but is usually minimal.

Do I have a choice on colour and placement?

Yes, we undertake a consultation and scratch patch test (£50- redeemable against the treatment). Here we can discuss colours and create a mock up for your micropigmentation procedure. During the treatment, you will be consulted at all times.

What happens after the procedure?

Immediately after the procedure, the area treated may appear swollen and the colour will appear darker and more intense than the eventual colour. This will last for several days. Complete healing will take around 6 weeks, and you can top-up your colour once this has occurred. Treatment aftercare will be provided to ensure lasting results.

How long will my semi-permanent makeup last?

It generally lasts between 12 months and 3 years depending upon your age, skin type, colour choice and lifestyle. Pigment molecules stay in the skin indefinitely, but colour will fade over time. A top-up is usually advised after 12 months.
